Sector 3 DCK
Families are housed in DCK's first habitable area, which is area 3. All the necessary amenities are there, including a mosque, hospital, two schools, and commercial buildings. Additionally located in this area are DHA Villas. Buildings for Allied Bank Limited and Bank Al Habib, two significant banks, are already under construction in sector 3.
Karachi DHA Oasis
DCK's DHA Oasis project features around 200 Andalusian-style farmhouses. In 2016, this initiative was begun. The farmhouses at DCK will change living standards with their opulent lifestyle, calm surroundings, resort-like vistas, and stunning architecture. Farmhouses of 2000, 2500, and 3000 square yards are accessible to consumers looking for an exclusive lifestyle.
Masjid-e-Ali
